SIMPLICITY

The ventilation solutions offered by the e700 cannot be compared to any other product of its kind. The units are self-contained and require only connection to a regulated oxygen supplier and a transport ventilation circuit for immediate use.

The easily replaceable and long lasting (18 hours) battery can be charged directly on the unit, or can be removed for charging and quickly replaced with a new battery. The display illumination has adjustable brightness for easy viewing of fan settings in any ambient light condition. Designed for a variety of patient sizes (from large adults to infants), the e700 comes in a small, lightweight package.

SAFETY

Continuous monitoring of ventilation parameters ensures that the device is always fully functional and ready for immediate use. A wide range of visual and audible alarms provides the caregiver with warnings about any changes in patient or device parameters. Correction of any alarm is easy to achieve due to the compact and easy-to-operate control layout. Intuitive Patient Backup (IPAB) mode provides additional safety for the spontaneously breathing patient on CPAP by automatically starting ventilations if their inspiratory efforts stop.

FUNCTIONALITY

The simplicity of mask placement the level of sophistication offered by the e700, providing resuscitation ventilation and transport with minimal control adjustments required for simple patient set up. The range of ventilation modes offered provides ICU level patient care, while maintaining ease of operation for all patient transport and care situations in the prehospital and hospital environment. The inclusion of ventilation modes for "mask or CPR airway protection", with visual and audible prompts, adds another dimension to the application of these products not found on other ventilators.

CONTROLLABILITY

The operation of the e700 controls provides a concept of ease of use that is second to none. These products are designed to speed up and simplify even the most complex ventilation installation. There are no multiple screens to navigate through to set up the patient's ventilation parameters. The units have a pre-set initial start mode, requiring only the selection of patient size to start ventilation.
