Hemo Control
Hemo Control is a point-of-care hemoglobin analyzer designed to deliver lab-quality quantitative hemoglobin results from 25 seconds
Simple, accurate and reliable hemoglobin and hematocrit test
Hemo Control utilizes the most established photometric azide methemoglobin method, ensuring reliable results with high accuracy (CV <2%).
Hemo Control is used in blood banks, hospitals and doctor's offices for routine anemia tests. And because of its backlit display, soft-charging cuvette holder and built-in rechargeable battery, it's the perfect analyzer for stationary use and mobile setups.
In addition to providing hemoglobin dosage, Hemo Control also calculates hematocrit.
The Hemo Control analyzer has a bidirectional interface using a public standard protocol that allows direct integration with third party software.
Advanced data management features are available with the Hemo Control Manager device version and the basic Hemo Control device can be updated with data management features at a later time (a unique feature of the market).
"Add Pack" data management is an ideal option in the future for customers planning a deployment in a hospital or laboratory information system, but are not yet in a position to do so for technological or budgetary reasons.
Hemo Connect and Hemo Connect Light software remain available to customers wishing to use data management and data export functions regardless of integration with LIS.
